DELIVERIES

What if I am out when the delivery comes?
All packages are to be signed for therefore on almost all occasions the package will be returned to your local collections office within 24 hours. In theory the Royal Mail driver should leave you a card however at this time of year it is very common for them to fail to do this. If in doubt then please contact your local collection office and they should be able to help you. We are unable to arrange redelivery therefore it has to be organised by yourself. Special Delivery Guaranteed* before 1pm Next Day
This service provided by the Royal Mail comes with a *guarantee that the package will be delivered before 1pm the next day, however this promise was removed last year when they had major delays due to weather conditions. As long as the Royal Mail is able to keep their promise this should be carried out.

I want to change my delivery address, but how?
If you need to change your delivery address you may email info@kicoproducts.co.uk along with your order number/name and we will do our best to update it for you in time.
Please also put "DELIVERY CHANGE" in the subject field for quick attention.

 

Privacy Policy
KICO Products do not hold any debit or credit card details and is SSL Certified for your online payment security. Any questions or queries should be made to info@kicoproducts.co.uk. KICO Products will not pass or sell any personal information such as addresses or email address to any third parties for commercial gain.

Cancellations
Products may be cancelled before items are dispatched via email, however, a phone call will be dealt with more promptly on 01274 488 153.  A full refund can be performed within 1-2 working days.

Returns and Refunds
KICO Products will not accept returns on Personalised products unless there is a fault with the product or if the artwork was not printed as requested via email. Damaged items during transport can be replaced providing photographic evidence is emailed of the damage, this is required to aid us with our claim with the Royal Mail. Once photographic evidence has been received a replacement will be dispatched. Wrongly dispatched items can be returned for a full refund or the delivery price will be refunded if a replacement is to be sent out. KICO Products can not improve any artwork beyond its original state therefore can not accept returns for personalised products if you’re not happy with the image reproduction.

Can you tell me more about the 1 year guarantee?
KICO lap trays are covered by a 1 Year Guarantee. This guarantee is given in confidence as our products are manufactured in England where we can have full control over materials, design and quality control.
All KICO lap trays are quality checked at each of the 14 points of the production process. The guarantee covers workmanship such as the frame coming loose, stitching coming undone, bean bag coming loose.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered? (January - October)
Providing your order is complete by 3pm, your order will be made by hand the same day and dispatched 1st class. If however, you have uploaded a photo that is not suitable to print, you will receive an email requesting an alternative photo or design. If your order has been dispatched successfully you should receive your order the next day.

Will my order be well packaged?
All KICO lap trays are sealed in a protective bag, taped up in a double layer of bubble wrap and then sealed in a tough postage bag. No stickers or labels will peel off in transit as they are all taped over.

Is my order traceable in the post?
You can track the status of your order by logging in to your account at www.kico-laptrays.co.uk. If you have paid for a recorded delivery and you have not received your order when expected, your order should be traceable.
Please contact info@kicoproducts.co.uk with your order number and we give you an update.

Which postal service will be used for my order?
All orders are dispatched as a minimum of 1st class unrecorded and will be sent via Royal Mail. Royal Mail is also used for recorded deliveries.

Can I combine postage on multiple orders?
Our delivery charges are cost and you will never pay more than £15 pounds per order.

What promotional offers are available?
KICO introduces a new range of designs on a regular basis. For the first week that the new designs are available they will be subject to a promotional offer. This offer is often subject to large discounts.

Can I see happy customer comments and reviews?
KICO products have been sold all over the world, and we have received many happy comments. These comments and reviews can be seen below the relevant products.

Can I leave a comment or review?
Yes, when you view any of our products you can click on the Review This Product on the right hands side.

How do I upload my own photographs?
You can upload your own photo on to any of our products by viewing the Custom product range in 'ADD YOUR OWN PHOTO' on top navigation bar. Once a product is selected you can select your photo using the Browse field and then click 'ADD TO CART'. If you have problems uploading your photo then please email it to info@kicoproducts.co.uk and we will let you know how to proceed from there.

What format does the picture need to be?
Please upload your photo in Jpeg or PDF format.  For best results please make sure your photo is as large as possible and ideally in a landscape orientation rather than portrait. If you have any questions regarding collage etc please get in touch at info@kicoproducts.co.uk

What size? What is portrait and landscape?
If your photo was taken by a mobile phone camera, chances are the image will be too small. If the photo was taken on a digital camera then it should large enough to fit a KICO lap tray. KICO lap trays are used in a landscape position so that the long sides go across your lap. It looks best if the photo is in this orientation so that it’s not on its side.

How do I enquire about selling KICO lap trays?

How do I care for my lap tray? Will my design fade over time?
KICO lap trays can be cared for with minimal effort. A damp, soft cloth is all that is needed to clean the durable surface. No cleaning agents or rough Brillo pads must be used. Which ever design you choose it is printed with special inks that will not fade for up to 40 years.
